What is The eToimsŪ Technique?

The eToims® Technique is an advanced diagnostic treatment for both healthy individuals desiring general physical health improvement and enhancement, as well as for individuals suffering from acute and chronic pain. The eToims® Technique targets the trigger points where nerves and muscles meet, causing twitch contractions that stretch and relax damaged muscles at sites all over the body. This provides results superior to traditional methods of physical therapy that only mechanically stimulate superficial surface muscles, far from the muscle layers where injuries lie. Often, a one hour eToims® Technique treatment session will accomplish muscle relaxation and deep muscle pain relief in what may not be possible in several hourly sessions of manual stretch and tissue mobilization therapies.

The eToims® Technique is an ideal treatment for individuals suffering from neck pain and lower back pain that result from sitting at a desk and using a computer, muscle injuries from  recreational and professional athletics & fitness, whiplash from car accidents, and other types of nerve-related muscle disorders (fibromyalgia, chronic pain, back pain etc.). The eToims® Technique provides nerve regrowth and regeneration which is in direct opposition to therapies such as epidural injections which seek to destroy the neuromuscular junction.

The eToims® Technique produces painless and pleasurable deep twitch contractions that stretch and relax damaged muscles. This produces an inflow of fresh blood and tissue oxygenation to tired muscles as pain-producing chemicals simultaneously outflow from affected areas. The eToims® Technique is applied by experienced, trained, and certified eToims® Specialists and is successful in treating patients with acute and chronic nerve-related muscle pain, including those who have not responded to other non-invasive and invasive treatments such as spinal injections and/or surgery. The degree of response to The eToims® Technique is inversely proportional to the degree and duration of permanent nerve damage present. eToims® is available for home-use to individuals in the European Union and Canada that wish to improve their overall wellness and total body health, and these individuals should first have their local physiotherapist or physician trained to become eToims® Specialists. Individuals with severe chronic pain are instructed to visit a licensed eToims® Health Care Specialist for ongoing treatment sessions.

Please consult your physical therapist, chiropractor, or physician, and if they do not currently offer The eToims® Technique please spread the message about this treatment and direct them to the Health Care Organizations section!
